To get booked, reviewed, and trusted on the Balozy App, every service provider must verify their phone number and email address.
Verifying your account via one-time password (OTP)
📱 Phone Number Verification For all Sign up
1. Download & Open the Balozy App Available on Google Play and App Store.
2. Sign Up or Log In Use your mobile number to create an account or access your dashboard.
3. Enter Your Phone Number You’ll be prompted to input your active Kenyan mobile number.
4. Receive OTP (One-Time Password) A 6 -digit code will be sent via SMS to your phone.
5. Enter OTP in the App Type the code exactly as received. If it expires, tap “Resend OTP.”
✅ Phone Verified! You’ll now be marked as a verified user—eligible for bookings and reviews.
📱 Service Providers—Verify Your Number Again!
If you’re listed on the Balozy App, make sure your phone number is verified. This helps clients trust your profile, book you faster, and leave verified reviews.
1. 👉 Go to your Profile
2. 👉 Tap Edit Profile
3. 👉 Re-enter your Phone Number
4. 👉 Enter the 6-digit OTP sent via SMS
✅ You’re verified!
No OTP? Tap Resend, or check your network connection
📧 Email Verification
2. Enter Your Email Address Use a valid email you can access (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook).
3. Check Your Inbox You’ll receive a verification email from Balozy with a secure link.
4. Didn’t receive it? 👉 Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder. Sometimes email filters hide OTPs—mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure future delivery.
5. Open the email and locate the 6-digit OTP code.
6. Return to the app and enter the code exactly as shown.
✅ Email Verified! You’re now fully verified—clients can trust your profile and book with confidence.
